Ten Years of Influencing Sustainable Change in India
Wescott Williams consultants Colin Williams and John Bickell have recently returned from a week-long trip to India where they reviewed progress of the management team and systems within the Association of People with Disability (APD), Aravind Eye Care and the SEVA Foundation.
The duo has worked with both APD and Aravind on a voluntary basis for ten years as part of their ongoing corporate responsibility programme.
Over the years, Colin and John have worked with each of these organisations to build their systems and expertise in order to help them grow the capacity of their vital eye care and disability support services.
Colin Williams says: "It was fantastic to see the massive progress that has been made within these programmes, which really demonstrates the importance of having long term commitment to community focused projects like these."
