More for Less Seminar a Success
Clients, potential clients and industry experts from a broad spectrum of business sectors joined Viv Miles and Colin Williams from Wescott Williams for the consultancy's inaugural seminar, held at the British Library in London during October.
Attendees were invited to explore how organisations can achieve ‘More for Less' as training and development budgets continue to be squeezed.
Feedback has demonstrated the session was well received and the consultancy is now planning its second event for early 2010.
Jonathan Winter, Career Innovation, said: "Thank you for inviting me to your first forum. I thought it was a stimulating discussion, well facilitated with a light touch, and a good bunch of people."
Case study
We developed a Membership Matters sales development and employee engagement programme which has helped RHS reverse a decline in membership recruitment.
We worked with long-standing business partner, Zurich to build a best-practice model and associated development programme to support staff and build business.
We improved managers' coaching skills through a Coaching for Performance programme which was implemented across the organisation's retail division (a department of 1,000 people).
