Wescott Williams has been awarded a major contract to deliver leadership and development training to the currently integrating Lloyds Banking Group employee base, beating 12 other short-listed companies to the work.
Programme elements will include ‘Dealing with Ambiguity' and ‘Leadership Creating Followership'.
