Helping in Haiti
It was with some trepidation that John Bickell, Head of Wescott Williams' Legacy Programme, embarked on a three week stint as a volunteer in Haiti.
After getting over the initial shock of just how much there is still to do over there, John has quickly become embroiled in the arduous, yet incredibly rewarding work of clearing rubble, rebuilding schools and helping out in whatever way possible. John's blog makes a great read:
