Getting engaged
Twenty one of Britain's biggest hitting HR, communications, and training & development experts came together at our client forum at the British Library in June 2010 to debate the hot topic of Employee Engagement and share their high level experiences.
The assembled company, representing some of the UK's biggest energy, construction, financial, food manufacturing, legal, media and public sector organisations discussed the operational value of having engaged vs unengaged employees.
Invaluable insight was provided by two expert speakers, Lesley Allman of Allman Communication and Jonathan Winter of Career Innovation - both associates of Wescott Williams.
Colin Williams, MD of Wescott Williams, said: "One huge theme that arose during the session was the concept of mass customisation and the importance of leveraging individual relationships on a large scale. We are all striving towards that goal and it was fascinating to hear more about how some of the best names in business are approaching this seemingly eternal conundrum, with some extremely pertinent insights from our resident experts."
